Where You Headed?
“Where you headed?” is a Film Noir thriller with a running time of approximately 15 minutes; written as an homage to Alfred Hitchcock and shot in glorious Black and White.
Our story opens in a small California coastal town circa 1950’s along a desolate stretch of highway. A lone figure stands in the early morning fog with the collar of his pea coat lifted to combat the cold chill blowing off the choppy grey shore. A rough thumb cut from work extends at the sound of an approaching vehicle. A car gently approaches and slows to a stop. A voice as warm as the car’s interior invites the stranger to join him. “Where you headed?”, is all the driver offers. The answer is shocking. It is a tale of deceit, lust, regret and revenge torn from pulp and wrung on the screen.
